Fantastic holiday ….. loved Paxos and a great villa with all your holiday comforts. Brilliant bakery and range of restaurants/ cafes 15-20 mins walk away. Lakka, Laggos and Gaois are all really lovely. We were worried it would feel too busy in August but it was still peaceful and idyllic with stunning views around each corner on the coast. A boat for two to three days to explore is highly recommended. Nika is very helpful in organising travel arrangements and boat hire . Can’t recommend more!

We loved. I’ll stay here. The villa was as gorgeous as I hoped it with me. Nika the host was amazing and gave us lots of great recommendations where to go and eat. The views were amazing and everywhere seemed to be just a 9 mid drive. Highly recommend!!!

Nika is the most fabulous hostess. She knows the best places to eat and was so helpful arranging transfers to the island, meeting us with a car as we arrived - seemless! Villa was beautiful and everything that we could have wanted. Island is of a scale that means everything is in easy striking distance. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

We have just returned from a week-long stay in Villa Semeli. Communication from Nika was perfect. A hire car was included with the villa, which made getting around the island really easy. The location of the villa is central on the island, making going anywhere really simple. Restaurants, an excellent bakery, a pharmacy and even a petrol station are only a few minutes away. The villa itself is absolutely stunning, so peaceful, with amazing views across the sea to mainland Greece.

This was the perfect location for our honeymoon! Off the beaten path enough for peace and quiet like I've never heard before but with lovely towns and tavernas around the area. Villa Semeli is a 10 min drive to anywhere on the island, the car included was very helpful! The Villa itself was spotless, comfortable and so gorgeous! You can gaze out the sea all day long. It was equipped with everything you need if you are cooking,including a bbq area. We miss it already. And thanks to Nika too, great communication and response for any questions we had!

Our stay on Antipaxos could not have been more perfect! I am only sorry to have to leave! Communication with Nika was very easy and quick, from our reservation inquiry to arranging for transportation to any questions that we had. Before we left home, we sent a list of food supplies that we would like and everything was already in the villawhen we got there. We spent our days relaxing  on the gorgeous beaches of Antipaxos and ate lunches at one of the four tavernas by the beaches.

We would like to thank you and your Staff for this marvelous experience on Antipaxos and all the nice support you provided also before and after our stay. We will be definitely back some day. 

Amazingly situated with stunning sea views ans sunset views. Great location, you can walk to the tavernas and little shop and bakery in the village and only 10min drive from Gaios and Lakka. Nika, the host was very helpful too and gave us great recommendations :)
